目的：探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞以及Th17细胞与Graves病的关系。方法：检测GD患者和对照组外周血单个核细胞CD4+CD25+Tregs、Th17细胞的数量，PBMC中TGF-β、IL-10和FoxP3 mRNA的表达水平以及血清TGF-β、IL-10和IL-17水平。结果：GD组外周血Th17数量高于对照组，血清中IL-17水平也高于对照组（P＜0.05）；而CD4+CD25+Tregs的数量低于对照组，而且TGF-β、FoxP3表达水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；GD组血清中TGF-β、IL-10水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：CD4+CD25+Tregs数量的减少或功能障碍以及Th17细胞数量的升高，可能参与GD的发病过程。
목적：탐토CD4+CD25+조절성T세포이급Th17세포여Graves병적관계。방법：검측GD환자화대조조외주혈단개핵세포CD4+CD25+Tregs、Th17세포적수량，PBMC중TGF-β、IL-10화FoxP3 mRNA적표체수평이급혈청TGF-β、IL-10화IL-17수평。결과：GD조외주혈Th17수량고우대조조，혈청중IL-17수평야고우대조조（P＜0.05）；이CD4+CD25+Tregs적수량저우대조조，이차TGF-β、FoxP3표체수평저우대조조（P＜0.05）；GD조혈청중TGF-β、IL-10수평고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：CD4+CD25+Tregs수량적감소혹공능장애이급Th17세포수량적승고，가능삼여GD적발병과정。
Objective: to explore the correlation between CD4+CD25+regulatory T, Th17 cells and the pathogenesis of Graves disease (GD). Methods: test the quantity of CD4+CD25+T and Th17 in Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), the expression level of TGF-β, IL-10 and FoxP3 in PBMC, and the serum level of TGF-β, IL-10 and IL-17. Result:the quantity of Th17 in GD was higher than control, meanwhile the serum level of IL-17 was higher than control(P<0.05), however, the quantity of CD4+CD25+Tregs in GD was lower than control, and the expression levels of TGF-β, FoxP3 in GD were lower than control (P<0.05). At the same time, the serum levels of TGF—β、IL-10 were higher than control (P<0.05). Conclusion: the change of CD4+CD25+Tregs and Th17 may involve in the pathogenesis of Graves disease.
