目的：探讨经口径路鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的治疗效果和优点。方法：经口径路在鼻内镜下行腺样体切除术62例，治疗由腺样体肥大引起的咽鼓管功能障碍、小儿鼾症和鼻腔阻塞。结果：术后无腺样体组织残留，鼻咽部组织无损伤和出血等并发症，患者术前症状明显改善或消失。结论：采取该手术方式，能彻底清除病变组织，增加手术的准确性和安全性，疗效好且并发症少。

목적：탐토경구경로비내경하선양체절제술적치료효과화우점。방법：경구경로재비내경하행선양체절제술62례，치료유선양체비대인기적인고관공능장애、소인한증화비강조새。결과：술후무선양체조직잔류，비인부조직무손상화출혈등병발증，환자술전증상명현개선혹소실。결론：채취해수술방식，능철저청제병변조직，증가수술적준학성화안전성，료효호차병발증소。
