针对并联电感同步开关(SSHI)压电能量收集电路在实际中不易实现,需要外接电源等问题,在通过AN-SYS 的谐响应分析和静态分析求解出压电能量收集器自由电容的基础上,设计一种由能量收集部分、同步开关控制电压生成部分和直流供电部分组成的自供电式 SSHI 电路:采用二阶 R-C 移向电路,过零比较器和异或门电路产生的输出电压来控制双向开关适时闭合,运用全桥整流(AC-DC)能量收集电路为所用的低功耗电子器件供电。通过实验成功实现了SSHI 压电能量收集电路的功能,有效地提高了能量收集效率,为 SSHI 能量收集电路在实际中的应用提供一种新的、易于实现的方法。

In order to use the circuit of synchronized switch harvesting on inductor (SSHI)for piezoelectric energy in practice,a new self-powered SSHI circuit was proposed based on solving the static capacitance of piezoelectric energy harvester by harmonic and static analysis with the help of ANSYS.The self-powered circuit consists of the parts of energy harvesting,control voltage generating and DC power supply.The output voltage,generated by the two-step R-C shift circuit,the comparator and XOR gate,turns on the switch at appropriate time and AC-DC energy harvesting circuit supplies electric energy for low-power electronic devices,so as to achieve the function of SSHI piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit.The experimental results show that the proposed circuit can improve the energy harvesting efficiency, and provides a new and easy method for the application of SSHI in practice.
