目的:观察五味子与雷公藤配伍后对雷公藤体外生物活性的影响。方法通过四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测雷公藤及雷公藤与五味子配伍后的水提液对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和L-02肝细胞增殖的影响。结果雷公藤组0.6、3、15、75mg/mL浓度下对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖指数分别为(0.966±0.062)、(0.941±0.032)、(0.872±0.023)、(0.891±0.022),雷公藤加五味子组增殖指数分别为(0.900±0.053)、(0.940±0.081)、(0.963±0.015)、(0.973±0.039),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。雷公藤加五味子组在四个实验浓度下对L-02人肝细胞增殖率分别为(24.885±7.722)%、(42.278±17.624)%、(84.709±18.941)%、(33.754±6.045)%,雷公藤组分别为-(62.092±7.840)%、-(68.555±0.788)%、-(65.577±0.755)%、-(67.829±5.495)%,两组各浓度L-02人肝细胞增殖率比较,P<0.05。结论五味子与雷公藤配伍后,在保持雷公藤体外免疫抑制活性的同时能有效降低雷公藤对肝细胞的毒性。

Objective To investigate the combination of Schisandra chinensis with Tripterygium wilfordii on in vitro biological activities of the latter. Methods Four p-methyl-tetrazolium (MTT) assay was used to detect the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes and human L-02 liver cells treated with extracts from Tripterygium wil-fordii alone or combination of Tripterygium wilfordii and Schisandra chinensis. Results The proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes in Tripterygium wilfordii alone group was 0.891±0.022, 0.941±0.032, 0.966±0.062, and 0.966±0.062 with dose of 0.6, 3, 15, 75mg/mL and that in Tripterygium wilfordii combined with Schisandra chinensis group was 0.900±0.053, 0.940±0.081, 0.963±0.015, and 0.973±0.039, with no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The proliferation rate of human L-02 liver cells in combination group with four different concentrations of Tripterygium wilfordii was(24.885±7.722)%, (42.278±17.624)%, (84.709±18.941)%, (33.754±6.045)%, which was higher than that of Tripterygium wilfordii alone group [(-62.092±7.840)%, (-68.555±0.788)%, (-65.577±0.755), (67.829±5.495)%, P<0.05]. Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii combined with Schisandra chinensis can hold the immunological activity of Tripterygium wilfordii in vitro while can effectively reduce the toxicity of Tripterygium wil-fordii on liver cells.
