目的：探讨贲门癌术中应用125 I放射性粒子的疗效。方法将接受手术治疗的52例晚期贲门癌患者，分为125 I组（25例）和对照组（27例）。125 I组患者术中胃左区域或外侵部位植入125 I放射性粒子，对照组未植入125 I放射性粒子，分析对比2组的疗效。结果2组患者术后并发症发生率、住院时间、手术时间及排气时间均无统计学意义。125 I组局部1～2 a复发率较对照组明显降低， P<0.05，2组生存率差异无统计学意义。结论125 I放射性粒子能有效减少贲门癌患者局部复发率，操作简单，不增加手术时间且安全可靠。
목적：탐토분문암술중응용125 I방사성입자적료효。방법장접수수술치료적52례만기분문암환자，분위125 I조（25례）화대조조（27례）。125 I조환자술중위좌구역혹외침부위식입125 I방사성입자，대조조미식입125 I방사성입자，분석대비2조적료효。결과2조환자술후병발증발생솔、주원시간、수술시간급배기시간균무통계학의의。125 I조국부1～2 a복발솔교대조조명현강저， P<0.05，2조생존솔차이무통계학의의。결론125 I방사성입자능유효감소분문암환자국부복발솔，조작간단，불증가수술시간차안전가고。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of 125 I radioactive seeds implantation in the operation of cardiac carcinoma. Methods A total of 52 patients with local advanced cardiac carcinoma during 2009 to 2011. They were divided into two groups:125 I group(25 patients)and control group(27 patients). The 125 I group underwent 125 I radioactive seeds implantation in the left gastric region during the oper-ation of cardiac carcinoma,the control group just underwent the operation of cardiac carcinoma. The clinical and follow-up data were evaluated. Results There were no statistical significance between two groups in the complication rate,hospitalization time,operation time and exhaust time. The 125 I group of 1 year and 2 year local recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of control group,P<0. 05;but the two groups had no significant difference in survival rate. Conclusion 125 I radioactive seeds implantation in the operation of cardiac carcinoma can reduce the local recurrence rate,and is simple and safe.
