目的：探讨超选择动脉造影联合化疗灌注治疗中晚期胰腺癌的效果。方法对21例中晚期胰腺癌患者行超选择动脉造影联合化疗灌注术治疗，回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果术后随访1～18个月，有效率为38.1%，疼痛缓解率为47.6%，1 a生存率为42.9%。结论超选择动脉造影联合化疗灌注术，可改善中晚期胰腺癌患者的临床症状，具有一定临床疗效。
목적：탐토초선택동맥조영연합화료관주치료중만기이선암적효과。방법대21례중만기이선암환자행초선택동맥조영연합화료관주술치료，회고성분석환자적림상자료。결과술후수방1～18개월，유효솔위38.1%，동통완해솔위47.6%，1 a생존솔위42.9%。결론초선택동맥조영연합화료관주술，가개선중만기이선암환자적림상증상，구유일정림상료효。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of super-selective arteriography combined with infusion chemotherapy for treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of advanced pancreatic carcinoma in the hospital from Jan-uary 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. All the 21 patients were treated with super-selective arteriography combinedwith infusion chemotherapy. Results All the patients after operation were followed up for 1-18 months. The treatment efficient rate was 38. 1%, the pain relief rate was 47. 6%,and the 1-year survival rate was 42. 9% after super-selective arteriography combined with infusion chemo-therapy. Conclusion The treatment of super-selective arteriography combined with infusion chemotherapy is effective to improve the clinical symptoms,and has clinical curative effect to the patients of advanced pancreatic carcinoma.
