目的：探讨自动包药机对住院药房药事服务质量的促进作用。方法将医院2014年5月至8月人工包药的科室作为对照组，将同期应用自动包药机的科室作为观察组，观察单个患者摆药用时以评价工作效率，观察用药依从性及药品不良反应发生率以评价药事服务与管理效率。结果与对照组相比，观察组单个患者摆药用时及各组成科室摆药错误发生率的平均值均显著下降（ P﹤0.05），观察组患者服药依从性显著增高（ P﹤0.05）。两组总不良反应发生率比较，观察组患者较对照组明显降低，十分常见及常见不良反应发生率均显著低于观察组（ P﹤0.05）。结论自动包药机不仅具有工作效率高、摆药准确、安全、卫生等优点，还能显著提高患者用药依从性，大大降低临床用药不良反应发生率。

목적：탐토자동포약궤대주원약방약사복무질량적촉진작용。방법장의원2014년5월지8월인공포약적과실작위대조조，장동기응용자동포약궤적과실작위관찰조，관찰단개환자파약용시이평개공작효솔，관찰용약의종성급약품불량반응발생솔이평개약사복무여관리효솔。결과여대조조상비，관찰조단개환자파약용시급각조성과실파약착오발생솔적평균치균현저하강（ P﹤0.05），관찰조환자복약의종성현저증고（ P﹤0.05）。량조총불량반응발생솔비교，관찰조환자교대조조명현강저，십분상견급상견불량반응발생솔균현저저우관찰조（ P﹤0.05）。결론자동포약궤불부구유공작효솔고、파약준학、안전、위생등우점，환능현저제고환자용약의종성，대대강저림상용약불량반응발생솔。
Objective To investigate the effect of the automatic dispensing machine for improving the pharmaceutical service mode in the inpatient pharmacy. Methods The manual dispensing departments in the hospital from May to August 2014 were taken as the control group and the contemporaneous departments using the automatic dispensing machine were taken as the observation group. The drug dis-pensing time of single patient in the two groups was observed for evaluating the working efficiency. The medication compliance and the occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions were observed for evaluating the pharmaceutical service and management efficiency. Results Compared with the control group,the drug dispensing time of single patient in the observation group and the average error occurrence rate of drug dispensing in various composition departments in each group were significantly decreased( P ﹤ 0. 05),the medication com-pliance in the observation group was significantly increased( P ﹤ 0. 05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly decreased compared with the control group,furthermore the occurrence rate of very common and common adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The automatic dis-pensing machine not only has the advantages of high work efficiency,dispensing accuracy,safety and healthy,but also can significantly improve the medication compliance of patients and greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction in clinical medication.
