对比分析了带实壁机匣与带处理机匣的压气机模型在多工况下的气动性能,结果表明,在不同转速下,处理机匣结构都具有不同程度的扩稳作用,但同时也造成绝热效率有所降低,而且峰值效率损失随着转速增大而加剧;处理机匣前后槽口与叶顶通道形成的回流运动可有效地削弱激波与间隙泄漏流的强度以及二者的相互作用,有利于改善叶轮通道的气体流通性。
對比分析瞭帶實壁機匣與帶處理機匣的壓氣機模型在多工況下的氣動性能,結果錶明,在不同轉速下,處理機匣結構都具有不同程度的擴穩作用,但同時也造成絕熱效率有所降低,而且峰值效率損失隨著轉速增大而加劇;處理機匣前後槽口與葉頂通道形成的迴流運動可有效地削弱激波與間隙洩漏流的彊度以及二者的相互作用,有利于改善葉輪通道的氣體流通性。

Aerodynamic characteristics of a centrifugal compressor were numerical analyzed.By comparing with the experimental data,the feasibility of numerical model and calculation method was verified.In the present thesis,a comparative analysis of inter-nal flow of the centrifugal compressor with solid casing and with casing treatments compressor were carried out under multi-work-ing condition.The results show that the recirculation casing treatment does play some role on expansion of stable working range of the compressor to some degree under different rotational speed,but cause the adiabatic efficiency decreases at the same time.It al-so indicates that the peak efficiency loss increases with increasing of rotating speed when installed a recirculation casing treat-ment.Reflux movement which formed by flow passage between blade tip channel and the slot before and after the casing treatment can effectively weaken the strength of the shock wave and the tip leakage flow.It also help improve gas flow in the impeller chan-nels.
