农民市民化是城市化发展的必然要求，农民市民化教育是推进城市化进程的重要环节，是提升新市民素质最直接有效的途径。但是现有的农民市民化教育还存在需求不对接等问题，建议采取以城市社区为突破口推进农民市民化教育，坚持社区教育在农民市民化教育中的航向，同时要注重探索农民市民化教育长效机制和效果评价体系构建等策略，从根本上实现农民市民化转化和推进城市化的进一步发展。

The citizenization of peasants is an inevitable requirement o f the development of city, and the education of peasants ’ citizenization is an important link to promote urbanization advancement, and the most direct and effective way to improve the quality of new citizens. But there exist the problems with citizenization of peasants education, such as lack of joint demand, so some steps have been taken; taking city community as a breakthrough, adhere to the community education as the guide of peasants education, as well as explore education citizenization long-term mechanism and construction strategy of effect evaluation system, contributing to realize further development and promote the transformation of city.
