目的:建立测定复方醋酸棉酚片溶出度的方法。方法采用0.3%聚山梨酯的磷酸钠缓冲液(pH=8.0)1000 mL为溶出介质,溶出方法为桨法,转速为75 r/min。结果复方醋酸棉酚片溶出度的线性回归方程为 Y=0.0216 X-0.0054( r=1,n=5),线性范围为5.10~25.50μg/mL;平均回收率为99.56%,RSD=0.51%( n=9)。结论该方法简便快捷、回收率高、结果准确,可作为复方醋酸棉酚片溶出度的测定方法。

목적:건립측정복방작산면분편용출도적방법。방법채용0.3%취산리지적린산납완충액(pH=8.0)1000 mL위용출개질,용출방법위장법,전속위75 r/min。결과복방작산면분편용출도적선성회귀방정위 Y=0.0216 X-0.0054( r=1,n=5),선성범위위5.10~25.50μg/mL;평균회수솔위99.56%,RSD=0.51%( n=9)。결론해방법간편쾌첩、회수솔고、결과준학,가작위복방작산면분편용출도적측정방법。
Objective To establish a determination method of the dissolution rate of Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets. Methods 0. 3% polysorbate sodium phosphate buffer(pH=8. 0)1 000 mL was adopted as the dissolution medium. The dissolution method was the paddle method. The rotation speed was 75 r/min. Results The linear equation of dissolution rate of Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets was Y=0. 021 6 X-0. 005 4( r=1,n=5),the linear range was 5. 10-25. 50 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99. 56%, RSD=0. 51%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,convenient,and accurate with high recovery rate,and serves as the determi-nation method of dissolution rate of Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets.
