目的：观察坤泰胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法100例多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机分为两组。治疗组50例，坤泰胶囊治疗；对照组50例，予以达因－35治疗，一个月为一个疗程，连续6个疗程。结果连续治疗6个月后，两组治疗前后激素水平变化有显著性差异（P＜0．5），两组差值无显著性差异，（P＞0．5）；两组自然排卵率有显著性差异，（P＜0．5），停药3个月后，两组复发率有显著性差异，（P＜0．5）；两组用药后的不良作用相比较，有显著性差异，（P＜0．5），坤泰治疗组不良作用发生率明显低于达因－35对照组。结论坤泰胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效优于达因－35，复发率低，且无明显不良作用。
목적：관찰곤태효낭치료다낭란소종합정적림상료효。방법100례다낭란소종합정환자，수궤분위량조。치료조50례，곤태효낭치료；대조조50례，여이체인－35치료，일개월위일개료정，련속6개료정。결과련속치료6개월후，량조치료전후격소수평변화유현저성차이（P＜0．5），량조차치무현저성차이，（P＞0．5）；량조자연배란솔유현저성차이，（P＜0．5），정약3개월후，량조복발솔유현저성차이，（P＜0．5）；량조용약후적불량작용상비교，유현저성차이，（P＜0．5），곤태치료조불량작용발생솔명현저우체인－35대조조。결론곤태효낭치료다낭란소종합정료효우우체인－35，복발솔저，차무명현불량작용。
ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectofKuntaiCapsuleinthetreatmentofpolycysticovarysyndrome.Methods 100casesof polycystic ovary syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 50 patients who received Kuntai Capsule and the contorl group of 50 patients who received dyne-35.One month was a course ,and both groups were treated for 6 months.Results After continuous treatment for 6 months, there was significant differences between hormone levels of both groups before and after the treatment (P<0.5).The hormone levels between the two groups had no significant differences (P>0.5).There was significant differences between the natural ovulation rate of both groups(P<0.5).3 months after drug withdrawal, the recurrence rate of the two groups had significant differences (P<0.5).Side effects of two groups was significantly different (P<0.5).The treatment group had lower side effects than the control groups.Conclusion Kuntai Capsule was more effective than dyne-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, and it has lower recurrence rate, also has no obvious side effect.
