目的：探讨个性化护理降低因口腔颌面部创伤入院行急诊手术患者创口感染率的效果.方法回顾性分析并总结2008年1月至2013年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的口腔颌面部创伤、入院后行急诊清创或骨折固定术的171例患者的临床资料.结果经精心治疗及实施个性化的护理,171例患者中,9例患者发生感染,感染率为5．3％,效果良好.结论根据患者的具体情况对其进行分类和个性化的护理有利于降低口腔颌面部创伤行急诊手术入院患者的创口感染率.

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on decreasing infection rate in patients with oral and maxillofacial traumatism in emergency admission.Methods Clinical data of 1 7 1 patients who underwent emergency operation and admission due to oral and maxillofacial traumatism in our hospital from 2008 to 2013 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results Through the thoughtful and personalized nursing,only 9 patients had infection,and the infection rate was 5 .3%,and the treatment effect was good. Conclusion Personalized nursing based on the patients’traumatic condition could effectively decrease the infection rate on patients who underwent emergency operation and admission due to oral and maxillofacial traumatism.
