目的：观察肠胃散片治疗幽门螺旋杆菌（ HP）感染相关性胃病的疗效。方法选择180例幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关性胃病患者，随机分为治疗组90例和对照组90例，治疗组采用院内自制中药肠胃散片治疗，对照组采用西医常规三联疗法治疗，疗程均为6周。两组均停药1月后复查HP。结果根据胃镜检查和HP清除率等判断疗效，两组总有效率无显著性差异（ P＞0．05），两组治愈率及清除率比较，差异均有显著性意义（P＜0．01），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论中药制剂肠胃散片治疗HP感染相关性胃病优于西医常规三联疗法。
목적：관찰장위산편치료유문라선간균（ HP）감염상관성위병적료효。방법선택180례유문라선간균감염상관성위병환자，수궤분위치료조90례화대조조90례，치료조채용원내자제중약장위산편치료，대조조채용서의상규삼련요법치료，료정균위6주。량조균정약1월후복사HP。결과근거위경검사화HP청제솔등판단료효，량조총유효솔무현저성차이（ P＞0．05），량조치유솔급청제솔비교，차이균유현저성의의（P＜0．01），치료조명현우우대조조。결론중약제제장위산편치료HP감염상관성위병우우서의상규삼련요법。
Objective To observe clinical effect of Changwei San Tablets in treating helicobacter pylori ( HP) infection in the gastropathy. Methods We selected 180 cases of H.pylori infection-associated gastric disease which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , each group had 90 cases .The treatment group were used self-made traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Changwei San Tablets.The control group were used conventional triple therapy.Course of treatment was 6 weeks.2 groups were reviewed after 1 month of withdrawal HP.Results According to gastroscopy, and HP clearance rate determine, there was no significant difference between the two groups in total efficiency (P>0.05).The differences of the cure rate and clearance rate between the 2 groups were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Changwei San Tablets in treatment of gastrointestinal infection-associated gastric HP is superior to conventional triple therapy of Western medicine.
