介绍即将正式开园的上海迪士尼乐园的地理位置和功能区域划分等概况，并通过对比东京、香港两地迪士尼乐园的规模和当地经济、人口基数等指标，对上海迪士尼在开园后的发展情况进行预估；从酒店业和其他旅游分支行业着手，阐述迪士尼将对上海旅游业带来的影响，并提出相应对策与建议。

Theme park as a popular travelling style has played a key role in the tourism development of its host city.Shanghai Disney-land which will be officially opened is taken as an example, and its location and function zoning are introduced briefly;By comparing the scale, local economy, and population base of Tokyo Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland, the development situation of Shanghai Disneyland can be forecast;From the aspects of the hotel industry and other branches of tourism industry, it expounds the impact of Disneyland on the tourism industry in Shanghai and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
