目的：观察胃舒止痛片治疗胃脘痛（湿热中阻证）的临床疗效。方法将432例患者随机分为治疗组（324例）和对照组（108例）。治疗组患者口服胃舒止痛片，对照组患者口服胃痛宁片，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者的临床症状均得到改善，胃舒止痛片在缓解“胃脘疼痛”及改善“纳差（”辨证属湿热中阻）方面优于胃痛宁片。结论胃舒止痛片治疗胃脘痛（湿热中阻证）疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：관찰위서지통편치료위완통（습열중조증）적림상료효。방법장432례환자수궤분위치료조（324례）화대조조（108례）。치료조환자구복위서지통편，대조조환자구복위통저편，관찰량조환자적림상료효。결과량조환자적림상증상균득도개선，위서지통편재완해“위완동통”급개선“납차（”변증속습열중조）방면우우위통저편。결론위서지통편치료위완통（습열중조증）료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Weishu Analgesic Tablet for treating epigastric pain syndrome of damp-heat blocking middle Jiao. Methods Totally 430 patients with epigastric pain syndrome of damp-heat blocking middle Jiao were randomly divided into the treatment group(324 cases)and the control group(108 cases). The treatment group took oral Weishu Analgesic Tablet and the control group was given oral Weitongning Tablet. The clinical effects were observed in the two groups. Results The clinical symptoms after treatment were improved in the two groups. Weishu Analgesic Tablet was superior to Weitongning Tablet in the aspects of relieving epigastric pain and improving poor appetite(belonging to damp-heat blocking middle Jiao in syndrome differentiation) . Conclusion Weishu Analgesic Tablet has significant effect for treating epigastric pain syndrome of damp-heat blocking middle Jiao and deserves to promoted in clinic.
