Methotrexate Tablets%rat%blood biochemical index
目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤片对正常大鼠血液生化指标的影响。方法选择SD大鼠40只,随机分为溶剂对照组、甲氨蝶呤组(1.05 mg/kg),各20只,雌、雄各半。连续灌胃相应药物65 d,观察大鼠一般状况、体重、脏器系数、血液生化指标。结果与溶剂对照组比较,第5周开始,甲氨蝶呤组个别大鼠出现轻微腹泻;甲氨蝶呤组雄性大鼠心脏、肺脏、胸腺、肾脏系数升高( P﹤0.05);雌性大鼠肝脏、脾脏、肾脏系数升高而胸腺、脑系数降低( P﹤0.05);甲氨蝶呤组雄性大鼠血清总胆红素( TBIL )升高、碱性磷酸酶( ALP )降低,雌性大鼠血清三酰甘油( TG )升高,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶( AST )、ALP、磷酸肌酸激酶( CK )降低( P﹤0.05)。结论初步认为,甲氨蝶呤片对大鼠胃肠道、肾脏、肝脏、心脏、肺脏、胸腺、脾脏、脑功能有一定影响。

목적:탐토갑안접령편대정상대서혈액생화지표적영향。방법선택SD대서40지,수궤분위용제대조조、갑안접령조(1.05 mg/kg),각20지,자、웅각반。련속관위상응약물65 d,관찰대서일반상황、체중、장기계수、혈액생화지표。결과여용제대조조비교,제5주개시,갑안접령조개별대서출현경미복사;갑안접령조웅성대서심장、폐장、흉선、신장계수승고( P﹤0.05);자성대서간장、비장、신장계수승고이흉선、뇌계수강저( P﹤0.05);갑안접령조웅성대서혈청총담홍소( TBIL )승고、감성린산매( ALP )강저,자성대서혈청삼선감유( TG )승고,천문동안산안기전이매( AST )、ALP、린산기산격매( CK )강저( P﹤0.05)。결론초보인위,갑안접령편대대서위장도、신장、간장、심장、폐장、흉선、비장、뇌공능유일정영향。
Objective To investigate the influence of Methotrexate ( MTX ) Tablets on blood biochemical indexes in the normal rats. Methods 40 SD rats were selected and randomly divided into the solvent control group and the MTX group ( 1. 05 mg/kg ) , 20 cases in each group, half male and half female. The continuous gavage of corresponding drugs lasted for 65 d. The general condition, body weight, visceral organ mass and blood biochemical indexes were observed. Results Compared with the solvent control group, in-dividual rats in the MTX group appeared mild diarrhea from the beginning of 5 th week. The coefficients of cardiac, lung, thymus and kidney in male rats of the MTX group were elevated ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ); the coefficients of liver, spleen and kidney in female rats were increased and the coefficients of thymus and brain were decreased ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . The serum level of TBIL in male rats of the MTX group was increased and the ALP level was decreased; the serum TG level in female rats was increased and the serum AST, ALP and CK were decreased, the differences were statistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion It is initially thought that MTX Tablets has certain influence on gastrointestinal tract, kidney, liver, heart, lung, spleen, thymus, brain function in rats.
