目的：探讨如何做好药学实习生带教管理工作，培养合格的医院药学人才。方法针对带教管理过程中存在的问题，提出解决方案。结果促进了实习生的学习主动性和带教老师的能动性，达到了教学相长。结论实习带教工作是医院药学部门的一项重要工作，只有不断探索和积累，才能促进教学管理水平的不断提升。

Objective To explore how to accomplish the teaching management work of the pharmaceutical interns for cultivating the qualified pharmaceutical talents. Methods The solutions aiming at the existing problems in the process of the teaching management were put forward. Results The pharmaceutical interns' learning initiative and the teachers' teaching and management initiative were promoted,which made teaching benefits both teachers and students. Conclusion The teaching and management of the pharmaceutical in-terns is a very important work in the pharmacy department of the hospital. Only with continually exploring and accumulating the experi-ence,can the level of the teaching and management of the pharmaceutical interns be elevated.
