对青稞病害标本的田间观察及实验室诊断,确定病害为细菌性病害。通过柯赫法则找到致病菌,致病菌革兰氏染色呈阴性,鞭毛染色呈不透明紫蓝色,极生一根鞭毛,致病菌为黄单孢杆菌属细菌,确诊病害为青稞细菌性条斑病。
