对青稞病害标本的田间观察及实验室诊断，确定病害为细菌性病害。通过柯赫法则找到致病菌，致病菌革兰氏染色呈阴性，鞭毛染色呈不透明紫蓝色，极生一根鞭毛，致病菌为黄单孢杆菌属细菌，确诊病害为青稞细菌性条斑病。
