教学查房在临床医学教学中占有重要的地位，它是医学生在临床实习阶段的重要教学活动。以问题为基础的教学方法(problem based learning, PBL)能够充分发挥学生的积极性并培养综合思考的能力。影像归档及通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)是专门用于医学影像存档与传输的信息系统。将PBL结合PACS引入到消化内科教学查房中，更新和改革传统的教学方式，为消化内科疾病教学查房提供了新的教学思路和方法，有助于培养和提高医学生的临床思维和实践能力并达到良好的教学效果。*

Clinical teaching rounds play an important role in the teaching process of clinical medicine, and also the important teaching activity for medical students in the period of clinical practice. Problem based learning(PBL) teaching method could arise the enthusiasm and cultivate the ability to comprehensive thinking of students. Picture archiving and communication system(PACS) is information system specially used for medical image archiving and communication. We adopt PBL teaching model combine with PACS in clinical teaching rounds of Gastroenterology department, update and change the traditional teaching model, which provide a brand new teaching thought and method in clinical teaching rounds of digestive disease, as well as helpful for the cultivation and improvement of clinical thoughts and practice ability of the students and get better teaching effects at the same time.
