目的：盘点中医急诊学的发展现状，找出不足环节并制定应对措施。方法自远古时期至鸦片战争、新中国建立前后，进行系列的历史回顾及现状梳理。结果发现中医精华和优势传承严重不足，中医急诊人才培养不力，中医急诊学学科建设严重滞后。结论必须在党和政府的领导下，加强中医急诊人才的培养，加强中医急诊学学科的建设，以促推当代中医药事业的深入振兴。
목적：반점중의급진학적발전현상，조출불족배절병제정응대조시。방법자원고시기지아편전쟁、신중국건립전후，진행계렬적역사회고급현상소리。결과발현중의정화화우세전승엄중불족，중의급진인재배양불력，중의급진학학과건설엄중체후。결론필수재당화정부적령도하，가강중의급진인재적배양，가강중의급진학학과적건설，이촉추당대중의약사업적심입진흥。
Objective The article historically reviewed the birth and development of emergency treatment in TCM, finding the weak links and the measure.Method Starting from ancient times to the Opium War and the pre-and post foundation of new China, It deeply analyzed the modern emergency teatment in TCM and the reasons of insufficient development, and provided methods to solve the problems.Conclusion With clear facts and solid theory, the article aimed to arouse the professions’ , the Party’ s and government’ s attention to promote the revival of TCM industry.
