河北省小麦节水刻不容缓，要解决粮食安全和节水的矛盾，必须应用节水小麦品种及配套栽培技术。介绍了包括节水高产品种选择、配方施肥、精细整地、播后镇压、巧浇冻水、病虫草害防治、干热风预防等一整套冬小麦节水高产配套栽培技术，为黑龙港流域麦区及其他缺水麦区节水技术的推广应用提供参考。

Water saving is urgently required in wheat in Hebei Province.The varieties of water-saving wheat breeding and corresponding cultivation techniques may solve the contradiction between food security and water saving.This paper introduced a set of cultivation techniques including selection of water saving and high yield varieties,soil testing to determine appropriate fertilizer formulas,fine soil preparation,suppression after sowing,appropriate irrigation,prevention of plant diseases and insect pests and dry hot wind.It could provide references for the popularization and application of wheat water saving technology in Heilonggang basin and other water shortage regions.
