目的：了解感染性流产并发脓毒症患者临床表现、实验室检查、诊断及治疗的特点。方法采用回顾性研究方法对2013年1～12月广州医科大学附属第三医院妇产科收治的4例感染性流产并发脓毒症患者的临床表现、实验室检查、诊断及治疗进行分析。结果4例感染性流产并发脓毒症患者发病前均有阴道或宫腔侵入性操作史，并出现高热、腹痛及阴道出血，实验室检查提示降钙素原、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比皆升高。经过抗感染及抗休克等综合治疗，3例患者痊愈出院，1例患者好转出院。结论感染性流产并发脓毒症属临床危急重症，需早期诊断，及时进行抗感染等方面综合治疗。
목적：료해감염성유산병발농독증환자림상표현、실험실검사、진단급치료적특점。방법채용회고성연구방법대2013년1～12월엄주의과대학부속제삼의원부산과수치적4례감염성유산병발농독증환자적림상표현、실험실검사、진단급치료진행분석。결과4례감염성유산병발농독증환자발병전균유음도혹궁강침입성조작사，병출현고열、복통급음도출혈，실험실검사제시강개소원、백세포계수、중성립세포백분비개승고。경과항감염급항휴극등종합치료，3례환자전유출원，1례환자호전출원。결론감염성유산병발농독증속림상위급중증，수조기진단，급시진행항감염등방면종합치료。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, diagnosis and treatment of infected abortion complicated with sepsis.Methods The clinical datum of 4 cases of infected abortion complicated with sepsis were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were admitted in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from Jaunary to December 2013.The clinical datum included information of clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, diagnosis and treatment.Results All the 4 cases of infected abortion complicated with sepsis had a history of vaginal or intrauterine invasive operation.The 4 patients had hyperpyrexia, abdominal pain, vagina bleeding; and the laboratory indicators of procalcitonin, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentages were increasing.All the patients were after comprehensive treatment of anti-infection and antishock;3 cases were recovered and discharged, 1 case became better and discharged.Conclusion The infected abortion complicated with sepsis is an emergency severe disease, therefore early diagnosis and timely anti-infection and other comprehensive treatment are needed.
