为了响应绿色环保,节约能耗,降低噪音,直流变频调速发展越来越普及,调速的性能也不断地提高。矢量控制理论经过几十年的发展,技术也比较成熟。为此东芝开发了基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的M370系列微处理器,该系列微处理器主要用于电机控制,内置了硬件矢量引擎VE,矢量控制算法由硬件实现。东芝TMPM374作为主控制器,和东芝IPD功率驱动模块及电流采样模块,构成了无位置传感器的无刷直流电机变频驱动控制方案。该方案利用微处理器内置的硬件矢量引擎VE,减少了软件工作量,软硬件巧妙的配合,输出三相正弦波来控制电机,使整个控制系统成本低,能耗低,噪音低,在家电变频控制领域得到了广泛应用。

In order to respond to the green environmental protection, energy saving, noise reduction, DC frequency conversion speed controlling development is becoming more and more popular, the speed of the performance is also constantly improve. After decades of development, the vector control technology has been mature. Therefore Toshiba developed M370 series microprocessor based on ARM Cortex-M3 core, the series is mainly used for motor control, built-in hardware vector engine VE, vector control algorithm realized by hardware. The TMPM374 as the main controller, with Toshiba IPD power drive module and a current sampling module, composed a BLDC motor drive control solution without position sensor. The solution uses a microprocessor built-in hardware vector engine VE, reducing the workload of the software, hardware and software with this ingenious, three-phase sine wave output to drive the motor. The control system is of low cost, low energy consumption, low noise, so it can be widely applied in the field of home appliance of frequency conversion control.
