图书馆顾客导向理念内涵与企业的顾客导向理念内涵在本质上没有区别,其基本思想就是以顾客为中心,站在顾客的立场上,以顾客满意为目标,提高资源质量,调整工作思路,改进工作方式,完善服务手段,以提升图书馆的组织绩效。本文在界定图书馆顾客导向理论渊源及其内涵的基础上,探讨了顾客导向型图书馆提升绩效的策略。

Customer oriented concept of library has no difference in essence as customer oriented concept en-terprise. The basic idea is improving the quality of resources, adjusting ideas of working, improving methods of working, perfecting service means, and enhancing the performance of library with the center of customers, the po-sition of customer and the goal of customer satisfaction. The paper tries to find out the origins of customer orienta-tion theory and its implication, and studies the strategy to improve the performance of customer oriented library.
