数控机床在线检测技术的发展,为数控加工过程的质量监控提供了一套更为高效的方法。本文在西门子840D系统数控机床的加工过程中,利用雷尼绍OMP60测头系统对工件、夹具等进行在线检测,通过测量值的分析、计算并反馈,实现对被加工工件定位状态、加工尺寸的实时监控及自动补偿,从而大大提高数控机床加工效率,确保工件加工质量。
數控機床在線檢測技術的髮展,為數控加工過程的質量鑑控提供瞭一套更為高效的方法。本文在西門子840D繫統數控機床的加工過程中,利用雷尼紹OMP60測頭繫統對工件、夾具等進行在線檢測,通過測量值的分析、計算併反饋,實現對被加工工件定位狀態、加工呎吋的實時鑑控及自動補償,從而大大提高數控機床加工效率,確保工件加工質量。

The development of online detection technology of CNC machine tools provides a more efficient method for quality control of CNC machining process. In the process of Siemens CNC machine in 840D system, by using Renishaw OMP60 probe system, we detect online the workpiece and holder and other parts. Through the analysis and calculation of measured value and feedback, this paper achieves real-time monitoring and automatic compensation of positioning state and processing size of unprocessed workpiece, so as to greatly improve the effi-ciency of CNC machining and ensure the workpiece quality.
