目的:观察硫辛酸联合苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者64例,随机均分为治疗组与对照组,各32例。对照组采用注射硫辛酸治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用注射苦碟子注射液,治疗结束后观察并比较两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗后腓总神经与正中神经的传导速度。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的59.38%( P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的腓总神经与正中神经传导速度没有明显差异( P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的腓总神经与正中神经传导速度差值有明显差异,具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,临床效果优于单用硫辛酸治疗,可提高总有效率,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广。

목적:관찰류신산연합고설자주사액치료당뇨병주위신경병변적료효。방법선취당뇨병주위신경병변환자64례,수궤균분위치료조여대조조,각32례。대조조채용주사류신산치료,치료조재대조조기출상가용주사고설자주사액,치료결속후관찰병비교량조환자적림상총유효솔、치료후비총신경여정중신경적전도속도。결과치료조총유효솔위93.75%,명현고우대조조적59.38%( P<0.05);치료전량조환자적비총신경여정중신경전도속도몰유명현차이( P>0.05);치료후량조환자적비총신경여정중신경전도속도차치유명현차이,구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론류신산연합고설자주사액치료당뇨병주위신경병변,림상효과우우단용류신산치료,가제고총유효솔,감경환자통고,치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with Kudiezi Injection in treating diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy. Methods 64 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospitals were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 32 cases in each group. The control group used the therapy of Lipoic Acid Injection, while on this basis the treatment group was added with Kudiezi Injection. The clinical total effective rate and the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve after a period treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( 93. 75% vs. 59. 38%, P <0. 05 );the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve before treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) , while which after treatment had statistical difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with Kudiezi Injection in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy has better clinical effect than single lipoic acid, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduces the suffering of patients and may be extensively popularized in clinic.
