本文阐述了一款医疗综合处置收集车的研制及应用过程。该收集车主要由台体、台面、翻板门、垃圾桶置入门、聚氨酯单刹万向轮、微型磁吸等部件组成，可对各类废物进行分类并集中收集存放。该收集车安全方便，操作简单，其应用能够促进医疗废物管理的规范化，提高医务人员的工作效率，降低医务人员的职业暴露发生率，保持周边环境的整洁，值得临床推广。

The development and application of a comprehensive disposal and collection vehicle were expounded in this paper, which mainly consisted of multiple components (including the table, table surface, the dustbin flap gate, polyurethane single-brake omni-directional wheels and tiny magnets) and was intended for classiifed collection and centralized storage of all kinds of medical wastes. This collection vehicle had demonstrated its safety, convenience and easy-to-operate features in promoting the standardization of medical waste management and the work efifciency of medical staff. Additionally, it also effectively reduced the incidence of occupational exposure for medical staff and maintained the cleanliness of the surrounding environment, which should get wider application and promotion.
