目的:探讨本科室外周血细胞形态学培训前后检验人员的素质情况和如何提高外周血细胞形态学质量的方法。方法:对本科室20名检验人员进行外周血细胞摸底考试,用多媒体对外周血细胞特征与常见血液病特征进行理论授课,分析他们对外周血细胞形态掌握情况,由经验丰富的形态学老师对他们制定围期1个星期的一对一、个体化、脱岗培训,按排血常规岗位的实践,最终以结业考试方式结束,整个培训长达6个月。结果:多数检验人员对常见的、典型的、正常的白细胞形态辨认符合率达70%以上,但是对于不典型、不正常的红细胞、血小板、幼稚细胞、浆细胞、寄生虫的辨认符合率明显减低;经过培训后检验人员形态学的辨认符合率明显提高。结论:现阶段检验人员外周血细胞形态学检查技术薄弱,加强外周血细胞形态的培训是提高检验人员专业素质的可行的办法。

목적:탐토본과실외주혈세포형태학배훈전후검험인원적소질정황화여하제고외주혈세포형태학질량적방법。방법:대본과실20명검험인원진행외주혈세포모저고시,용다매체대외주혈세포특정여상견혈액병특정진행이론수과,분석타문대외주혈세포형태장악정황,유경험봉부적형태학로사대타문제정위기1개성기적일대일、개체화、탈강배훈,안배혈상규강위적실천,최종이결업고시방식결속,정개배훈장체6개월。결과:다수검험인원대상견적、전형적、정상적백세포형태변인부합솔체70%이상,단시대우불전형、불정상적홍세포、혈소판、유치세포、장세포、기생충적변인부합솔명현감저;경과배훈후검험인원형태학적변인부합솔명현제고。결론:현계단검험인원외주혈세포형태학검사기술박약,가강외주혈세포형태적배훈시제고검험인원전업소질적가행적판법。
Objective:To explore undergraduate coure peripheral blood cell morphotogy before and after the trianing quality inspector and the methods of how to improve the quality of peripherat blood cell morphology. Methods:Peripheral blood cell diagnostic examination was conolucted for 20 msptetion personnel, with multimedia featurea and characteristics of common diseases of the blood to the cells of peripheral blood theory teaching, analysis on peripheral blood cell control case, they shall be formulated by the experienced morphological teacher to them for a week one-on-one, individualized, take off hillock training, according to the row of routine blood post practice, finally ended with graduation examination way, the entire training for up to six months.Results:For most common and typical, normal white blood cells, the coincidence rate was more than 70%, but for the untypital, abnormal red blood cells, platelets, immature cells, plasmacells, parasites identification rate obviously was reduced; After training, the coincidence rate increased significantly. Conclusions:Inspection personnel of peripheral blood cell morphological examination technology is weak at present stage, strengthen the training in the form of peripheral blood cells is a feasible way to improve the inspection personnel professional quality.
