老年人对医疗服务的需求日益扩大，远程医疗在破解区域医疗资源不均衡方面体现出很大优势，为问题的解决提供了条件与技术保障，在医养结合中的应用具有长远的意义。本文通过介绍远程医疗的发展历程，结合养老机构和医院医疗服务现状，探讨了远程医疗在远程诊疗与监护、远程教育、远程健康管理等方面的应用，并在规范自身建设和管理、制定远程医疗价格、完善相关法律法规方面提出了建议。

As the elder people’s demands for medical services were growing, tele-medicine demonstrated its advantages in solving the unbalanced regional medical resources and provided the conditions and technical support to solve this problem. Its application in the combined medical-nursing care was of long-term signiifcance. In combination with the status quo of services in the elder care institutions and hospitals, this paper introduced the development course of tele-medicine and discussed its application in remote diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, education and health management. And it also put forward several suggestions in standardizing self-construction and management, formulating the remote medical service price, and improving the relative laws and regulations.
