目的：探讨经腹超声结合经阴道超声对宫角妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院12例经手术病理证实的宫角妊娠患者的超声影像学资料。结果12例宫角妊娠患者中，左侧宫角妊娠9例，右侧宫角妊娠3例。超声正确诊断10例，1例未明确诊断，1例误诊为输卵管间质部妊娠。结论经腹超声结合经阴道超声对宫角妊娠有重要的诊断价值。
목적：탐토경복초성결합경음도초성대궁각임신적진단개치。방법회고성분석아원12례경수술병리증실적궁각임신환자적초성영상학자료。결과12례궁각임신환자중，좌측궁각임신9례，우측궁각임신3례。초성정학진단10례，1례미명학진단，1례오진위수란관간질부임신。결론경복초성결합경음도초성대궁각임신유중요적진단개치。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of combination of abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of angular pregnancy. Methods The ultrasonic images were analyzed retrospectively in 12 angular pregnancy patients who had been pathologically confirmed in the hospital. Results Among 12 angular pregnancy patients, there were 9 cases of left-sided angular pregnancy and 3 cases of right-sided angular pregnancy. Moreover, 10 cases were accurately diagnosed by ultrasonography; 1 case was unclearly diagnosed; while one case was misdiagnosed as interstitial tubal pregnancy. Conclusion The application of combination of abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasonography was of significant effectiveness in diagnosis of angular pregnancy.
