目的：探讨老年肝门胆管癌患者术后抗感染的治疗方法，为临床提供参考。方法临床药师通过参与1例老年肝门胆管癌患者术后抗感染药物治疗管理，及时了解患者病情变化，并结合辅助检查结果，为患者抗感染治疗方案的制定提供建议。结果与结论对于术后胆道感染的老年患者抗感染的疗程必须充足，可以防止病情进一步恶化，避免病情反复，具有十分重要的临床应用参考价值。

목적：탐토노년간문담관암환자술후항감염적치료방법，위림상제공삼고。방법림상약사통과삼여1례노년간문담관암환자술후항감염약물치료관리，급시료해환자병정변화，병결합보조검사결과，위환자항감염치료방안적제정제공건의。결과여결론대우술후담도감염적노년환자항감염적료정필수충족，가이방지병정진일보악화，피면병정반복，구유십분중요적림상응용삼고개치。
Objective To investigate the postoperative anti-infective treatment method in elderly patient with hilar cholangiocarcinoma to provide the reference for clinic. Methods Clinical pharmacist participated in the postoperative anti-infective medication treatment man-agement in 1 case of elderly hilar cholangiocarcinoma, timely understood the change of disease condition and summarized the gain and loss of therapy by combining with the assisted examination results to provide suggestions for formulating the antibacterial therapeutic regimen. Results and Conclusion The postoperative anti-infection treatment course in aged patients with biliary tract infection must be sufficient for preventing further deterioration of the disease condition and avoiding the illness repetition, which has very important re-ference value in clinical application.
