目的：探讨临床药师对肿瘤患者化学治疗(简称化疗)引起Ⅳ级骨髓抑制在临床实践中的作用和意义。方法通过该患者所使用的化疗药物及身体状况分析引起Ⅳ级骨髓抑制的原因，并与医师一起调整治疗Ⅳ级骨髓抑制的用药方案。结果引起该患者Ⅳ级骨髓抑制最可能的原因是化疗药物本身及用量、既往疗化放疗史。临床药师参与用药调整，患者病情好转稳定出院。结论临床药师通过与医护人员的协作，在该患者用药调整中体现了临床药师的价值，可保证患者用药安全、合理和有效。

Objective To investigate the role and significance of clinical pharmacist in the clinical practice for treating the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression caused by chemotherapy. Methods The clinical pharmacists and doctors together adjusted the medication regimen for treating the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression by analyzing the chemotherapeutical drugs and the physical status for finding out the causes leading to the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression. Results The most probable reasons leading to the Ⅳ degree of marrow depression were the chemotherapeutical drugs and their doses, and chemoradiotherapy history; clinical pharmacists participated in the medication adjust-ment, the patient was discharged from hospital with improvement and stabilization in the disease condition. Conclusion The medication adjustment embodies the value of clinical pharmacists and ensures the safe, rational and effective medication treatment in this patient by the cooperation between clinical pharmacists and medical staff.
