目的：了解老年住院精神疾病患者（≥65岁）的用药情况，为提高药物治疗合理化水平提供依据。方法从医院2013年住院患者分层随机抽取老年精神疾病患者用药医嘱66259条，合计病例数646例，对其使用药物进行统计和分析。结果646例老年住院患者中，痴呆患者最多289例（44.74%），其次为老年精神障碍患者160例（24.77%）和老年精神分裂症患者142例（21.98%）等。共使用药物208种，以治疗精神科疾病及相关药物为主，使用频度从高到底分别是治疗老年痴呆药（美金刚）、抗精神病药（喹硫平）等。结论该院老年精神疾病住院患者以老年痴呆患者为主，用药方案基本合理。
목적：료해노년주원정신질병환자（≥65세）적용약정황，위제고약물치료합이화수평제공의거。방법종의원2013년주원환자분층수궤추취노년정신질병환자용약의촉66259조，합계병례수646례，대기사용약물진행통계화분석。결과646례노년주원환자중，치태환자최다289례（44.74%），기차위노년정신장애환자160례（24.77%）화노년정신분렬증환자142례（21.98%）등。공사용약물208충，이치료정신과질병급상관약물위주，사용빈도종고도저분별시치료노년치태약（미금강）、항정신병약（규류평）등。결론해원노년정신질병주원환자이노년치태환자위주，용약방안기본합리。
Objective To understand the situation of drug use in the elderly inpatients (≥65 years old ) so as to provide the basis for improving the rationalization level of medication therapy. Methods By adopting the stratified random sampling method, 66 259 pieces of medication order were extracted from elderly inpatients with mental disease and the number of cases totaled 646. Their used drugs were performed the statistical analysis Results Among 646 investigated elderly inpatients, 289 cases ( 44. 74% ) were diagnosed as dementia. 160 cases ( 24. 77% ) were mental disorders and 142 cases ( 21. 98% ) were senile schizophrenia, etc. 208 kinds of drugs were used. The most of used drugs were dominated by the drugs for treating psychiatric disease and related drugs. The drug use frequencies from high to low were the drugs for treating Alzheimer's disease ( memantine ) , antipsychotics ( quetiapine ) , etc. Conclusion The elderly inpa-tients with mental disease in our hospital are mainly Alzheimer's disease and their medication regimen is basically rational.
