目的：建立检测苯甲酸阿格列汀对映异构体的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Chiralcel OJ－H手性柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为正己烷－乙醇－二乙胺（60：40：0.1），检测波长为225 nm，流速为0.8 mL/min，柱温为25℃。结果阿格列汀与其对映异构体峰的分离良好，方法的准确度和精密度良好。结论该法简便、准确、灵敏度高，可用于苯甲酸阿格列汀对映异构体的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the enatiomer content of alogliptin benzoate. Methods The chiralcel OJ-H chiral column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was hexane-ethanol-diethylamine ( 60 :40 :0. 1 ) . The detection wavelength was 225 nm, the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results Alogliptin was sepa-rated well from the enatiomer. The accuracy and precision of the method were good. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient, accu-rate, and highly sensitive, and can be used for the determination of the enatiomer content of alogliptin benzoate.
