通过电化学测试研究了 N-(4-磺酸基丁基)三乙基铵硫酸氢盐([(CH 2)4 SO 3 HTEA][HSO 4])酸性离子液体在25℃、0.5 mol/L 的 HCl 溶液中对 Q235钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,该离子液体在一定的浓度范围内能够减缓 HCl 溶液对 Q235钢的腐蚀,当离子液体的浓度为14 mmol/L 时,缓蚀效果最好。X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征结果表明,在 Q235钢表面离子液体能够形成吸附保护膜,覆盖反应活性中心,减缓 HCl 溶液对 Q235钢的腐蚀。
通過電化學測試研究瞭 N-(4-磺痠基丁基)三乙基銨硫痠氫鹽([(CH 2)4 SO 3 HTEA][HSO 4])痠性離子液體在25℃、0.5 mol/L 的 HCl 溶液中對 Q235鋼的緩蝕性能。結果錶明,該離子液體在一定的濃度範圍內能夠減緩 HCl 溶液對 Q235鋼的腐蝕,噹離子液體的濃度為14 mmol/L 時,緩蝕效果最好。X 射線光電子能譜(XPS)錶徵結果錶明,在 Q235鋼錶麵離子液體能夠形成吸附保護膜,覆蓋反應活性中心,減緩 HCl 溶液對 Q235鋼的腐蝕。
통과전화학측시연구료 N-(4-광산기정기)삼을기안류산경염([(CH 2)4 SO 3 HTEA][HSO 4])산성리자액체재25℃、0.5 mol/L 적 HCl 용액중대 Q235강적완식성능。결과표명,해리자액체재일정적농도범위내능구감완 HCl 용액대 Q235강적부식,당리자액체적농도위14 mmol/L 시,완식효과최호。X 사선광전자능보(XPS)표정결과표명,재 Q235강표면리자액체능구형성흡부보호막,복개반응활성중심,감완 HCl 용액대 Q235강적부식。
Corrosion inhibition effect of N-(4-sulfonic acid)butyl triethylammonium hydrogen sulfate([(CH 2 )4 SO 3 HTEA] [HSO 4 ])acid ionic liquid(IL)towards Q235 steel corrosion in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution was investigated by electrochemical measurements in 25 ℃.The results show that the IL suppressed corrosion processes of Q235 steel in HCl solutionand the best performance of inhibition could be obtained with the concentration of inhibitor 14 mmol/L.The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)demonstrates that the protectiue film is formed by adsorption on the Q235steel surface,which can cover the reative center and inhibit the Q235 steel corrosion in HCl solution.
