In this paper several approaches of process organization and quality control,such as setting up the man-agement teams,collecting projects and choosing project,mobilizing students,reporting project proposal,mid-term examination,review report,inspection design implement results,are introduced in detail. Then,the organization methods of presentation of the graduation project are also described. These strict process organization and quality control approaches at key project nodes ensure the student to accomplish project in time. The future engineer′s practice ability and comprehensive quality are cultivated effectively by a series of activities of conceiving the scheme,design and implement,writing the report and oral report.
