“半导体物理学”是电子信息类专业重要的专业基础课,其教学效果将影响微电子创新人才的培养质量。我们针对目前部分高校存在实验条件不足、半导体物理实践教学环节缺失的情况,提出了用半导体材料和器件模拟平台搭建虚拟半导体实验室,以弥补传统的半导体基础实验室开展实践教学的不足。教学实践证明,这一方式有效地调动了学生对本课程的学习积极性,教学效果得到了明显改善。

The teaching effect of Semiconductor Physics,an important specialized fundamental course for electronic information majors,has influence on the training quality of microelectronics innovation talents. This paper,aiming at changing the situation that some universities omit practice teaching in semiconductor physics owing to limited ex-perimental conditions,has put forward the teaching mode in which semiconductor simulation platform are used in building virtual semiconductor laboratory to instead the semiconductor basic laboratory. The teaching practice has proved that this approach has effectively mobilized the studentsˊinitiative in learning this course,thus improving the teaching effect significantly.
