目的：探讨临床护理路径对髋关节置换术患者的影响。方法将80例髋关节置换术患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者实施临床护理路径护理，对照组采用传统的护理模式护理。结果观察组患者功能锻炼知识掌握程度由62．5％上升到100％，而并发症由25％减少到2．5％。结论实施临床护理路径能使患者更好掌握功能锻炼，减少并发症的发生。
목적：탐토림상호리로경대관관절치환술환자적영향。방법장80례관관절치환술환자분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조환자실시림상호리로경호리，대조조채용전통적호리모식호리。결과관찰조환자공능단련지식장악정도유62．5％상승도100％，이병발증유25％감소도2．5％。결론실시림상호리로경능사환자경호장악공능단련，감소병발증적발생。
ObjectiveToinvestigatetheinfluenceoftheclinicalnursingpathwaytothepatientswithhipreplacement.Methods 80 patients with hip replacement were devided into the observed group and the controlled group.The observed group were used the clinical nursing care , and the controlled group were used the traditional nursing methods.Results Functional exercise knowledge level of the observed group was roused from 62.5%into 100%, and complications were reduced from 25%into 2.5%.Conclusion Implementation of the clinical nursing path can make the patients more functional exercises, reduce the incidence of complications.
