目的:研究影响PET/CT图像质量的因素,以充分理解获得高质量PET/CT图像的必要条件,指导临床工作。方法回顾性分析2013年7月~2014年7月我院1229例受检者的PET/CT扫描图像,并对影响图像质量的因素进行分类。结果影响PET/CT图像质量的因素有:①检查前的准备;②检查过程中患者自身的移位、呼吸运动伪影和高密度物质伪影、尿液污染;③采集时间和注射示踪剂的剂量;④注射技术;⑤不常见的生理性摄取(包括棕色脂肪摄取)。结论规范PET/CT扫描技术能提高PET/CT图像质量,为医生做出正确的诊断提供依据。
目的:研究影響PET/CT圖像質量的因素,以充分理解穫得高質量PET/CT圖像的必要條件,指導臨床工作。方法迴顧性分析2013年7月~2014年7月我院1229例受檢者的PET/CT掃描圖像,併對影響圖像質量的因素進行分類。結果影響PET/CT圖像質量的因素有:①檢查前的準備;②檢查過程中患者自身的移位、呼吸運動偽影和高密度物質偽影、尿液汙染;③採集時間和註射示蹤劑的劑量;④註射技術;⑤不常見的生理性攝取(包括棕色脂肪攝取)。結論規範PET/CT掃描技術能提高PET/CT圖像質量,為醫生做齣正確的診斷提供依據。

0bjective To study the influencing factors of PET/CT (Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography) image quality so as to have an all-round understanding of the necessary conditions for acquisition of high-quality PET/CT images and provide guidance for clinical practices. Methods PET/CT images were retrospectively analyzed in 1229 patients who had been examined in July 2013 to July 2014 in the hospital. Additionally, the influencing factors of image quality were classified. Results The influencing factors of PET/CT image quality could be classified as five categories: a. pre-examination preparations; b. patients’position movement, respiratory motion artifacts and high-density material artifacts and urine pollution; c. the acquisition time and the injected tracer dose; d. The tracer injection technology; e. The infrequent physiological uptakes including brown fat uptakes. Conclusion Standardization of the PET/CT scanning technology could improve the quality of PET/CT images and provide foundation for doctors to make a correct diagnosis.
