为提高研究生运用英语进行专业学习、科研和参与国际交流的能力，本文针对电气工程类研究生专业英语的课程特点及目前的授课现状，提出“学术讲座”模式的教学方法，旨在优化课程教学手段，转变学生既有的学习英语观念，激发学生科研兴趣，提高学生对各自科研领域的探索能力以及语言表达能力。

To improve the graduate students to use English for professional learning,research and participation in international communications,this paper propose a new teaching method:academic lecture mode,under current investigation in learning and teaching status of graduate courses in specialized English of electrical engineering. The proposed method is designed to optimize teaching methods and changing the English learning concept existing in students′minds. So research interests can be stimulated to enhance students′ ability to explore their area of re-search as well as English language skills.
