目的：观察普罗帕酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心律失常的疗效。方法将176例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组89例和对照组87例。对照组给予普罗帕酮治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗，1个疗程后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.13%高于对照组的75.86%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论普罗帕酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心律失常，不仅可有效缓解患者的临床症状，而且其生物利用率高，能够降低死亡率，值得在临床上推广与应用。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of propafenone combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets arrhythmia treatment clinical effect.Methods89 cases of the treatment group and 87 cases in the control group of 176 patients with arrhythmia were divided randomly. The control group was treated with propafenone treatment, the treatment group was given based on Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets treatment, after 1 courses of treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 92.13% higher than that of the control group, 75.86% in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionPropafenone combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets treatment of arrhythmia, not only can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients, and its biological utilization rate is high, can reduce the mortality rate, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
