为满足汽车总布置的设计需要,使重复性的设计工作参数化,以CATIA V5设计软件为平台,根据SAE标准的相关规定,对汽车驾驶员和乘员头部包络进行数字化建模,实现产品开发过程参数化,并以实例说明模型的实用性。研究表明,建立汽车驾驶员和乘员的头部包络模板,可以有效提高设计过程中的工作效率。

In order to meet the requirement of the vehicle layout design and parameterize the repetitive design work, according to the regulation of SAE standard, the digital model of driver and passenger's head envelope is given based on the CATIA V5 software to achieve the parameterization of product development process, and the practicability of the model is illustrated as well. The research shows that modeling the vehicle driver and passenger's head envelope template can improve the work efficiency in the process of design effectively.
