设计采用双电机组合模式作为四轮电动车的驱动,通过多路控制器对组合电机中每个电机负载状况进行分析,将电流分别导入组合电机中,实现电流分流驱动。通过电机功率检测和整车测试,验证了该设计方案有效提升了电机效率平台,加大了控制器的可靠性,降低控制系统制造成本。

The design adopts double motor combination mode which drives four-wheeled electronic vehicle. Based on the analysis of the condition of loading of each motor in combination motor with multiplex controller, the design leads electric current in combination motor respectively, and ultimately achieves current division drive. The detection of motor power and entire vehicle verifies that the design proposal effectively enhance the efficiency of electric motor, increase the reliability of controller as well as reduce manufacturing cost of control system.
