依据对撒落煤问题的长期现场观测和理论研究,总结提出了机械采制样系统撒落煤产生的机理。同时对煤炭采样合成速度、溜筒中煤炭下滑速度等进行测算,进而提出了系统的治理方案。得出的撒落机理和治理方案在输送带采制样系统中具有广泛的适用性。

Based on the long-term observational and theoretical studies on the issue of coal spilling, the mechanism of spilling within the mechanical sampling system are summarized and proposed. Meanwhile, through calculating the sampling resultant velocity and slip velocity of coal, an integrated management scheme is formulated. The mechanism and management have broad applicability in coal mechanical sampling system.
