耐药是影响白血病患者预后和长期生存的主要因素之一.有效逆转白血病耐药,是提高和改善白血病患者预后和长期生存的重要途径之一.早期对白血病耐药机制的研究,主要集中于白血病细胞本身,如多药耐药基因等.随着对骨髓微环境的深入研究发现,在白血病耐药中,骨髓微环境对白血病细胞的保护作用起着重要作用,其影响机制主要为给白血病细胞提供存活或抗凋亡信号,并使白血病细胞处于相对静止状态.笔者拟就白血病耐药机制的研究概况进行综述,旨在为理解和探索逆转白血病耐药拓宽思路.

Drug resistance is the main factor that affect the prognosis of patients with leukemia and their long-term survival.Early studies about drug resistance in leukemia mainly focused on leukemia cells themselves (multi-resistant genes,etc.).With the in-depth study of the bone marrow microenvironment,researchers find that bone marrow microenvironment also plays an important role in the drug resistance of leukemia through providing leukemia cells survival or antiapoptotic signal and maintaining the leukemia cells in a relatively static state.Here we will review the research progress of drug resistance mechanism in leukemia,in order to grasp the leukemia drug resistance and reversal of leukemia drug resistance.
