对工业锅炉烟气联合脱硫脱氮技术进行了研究,在企业中实际应用,结果表明:SO2平均出口浓度为194.56mg/Nm3,平均去除率为85.30%;NOx 平均出口浓度为196.72mg/Nm3,平均去除率为62.61%。SO2和 NOx 的排放浓度达到《GB13271-2014锅炉大气污染物排放标准》表3限值的要求。联合装置相比单一的脱硫技术,节省了 NaOH 溶解池及加药泵、CaO (MgO)溶解池乳液泵和曝气风机三项主要装置,并且循环水池、水泵的选择也较双碱法和氧化镁法规模小。今后应将提高该技术的处理效率作为研究重点。

The application of combined device for sulfur and nitrogen removal of fume from the coal -burning boiler was studied.The average concentration of SO2 at the outlet was 194.56mg/Nm3 with the average removal rate of 85.30%.The average concentration of NOx at the outlet was 196.72mg/Nm3 with the average removal rate of 62.61%.The outlet concentrations of SO2 and NOx reached the national emission standard of air pollutions for coal-burning oil -burning gas -fired boiler (GB13271 -2014).The combined device had no parts of the NaOH adding pump,the CaO (MgO)pump,and the aeration fan as the regular single devices.In the meantime,the choices of recycling water pond and water pump for the combined devices were more flexible than those of the single devices.The treatment efficiency of the combined devices could be a key research in the near future.
