根据云南省铜冶炼行业特点及 SO2产生、排放情况,采用实测法与物料衡算法对该行业 SO2产排污系数进行核算,计算得到云南省铜冶炼行业 SO2综合产污系数为1672kg -SO2/t -粗铜,综合排污系数为23.16~39.99kg -SO2/t -粗铜。该产排污系数稍低于《手册》中推荐的铜冶炼行业 SO2产排污系数;与总量核算系数比较,低于“十一五”期间总量核算中所给的45kg -SO2/t -粗铜的排污系数,与“十二五”期间总量核算中所给的18.3kg -SO2/t -粗铜的排污系数相当。
根據雲南省銅冶煉行業特點及 SO2產生、排放情況,採用實測法與物料衡算法對該行業 SO2產排汙繫數進行覈算,計算得到雲南省銅冶煉行業 SO2綜閤產汙繫數為1672kg -SO2/t -粗銅,綜閤排汙繫數為23.16~39.99kg -SO2/t -粗銅。該產排汙繫數稍低于《手冊》中推薦的銅冶煉行業 SO2產排汙繫數;與總量覈算繫數比較,低于“十一五”期間總量覈算中所給的45kg -SO2/t -粗銅的排汙繫數,與“十二五”期間總量覈算中所給的18.3kg -SO2/t -粗銅的排汙繫數相噹。

On the basis of the characteristics of sulfur dioxide emission of copper smelting industry in Yunnan prov-ince,the generation and discharge coefficients of sulfur dioxide were calculated using measurement and material balance method.The generating coefficient of sulfur dioxide was 1,672kg per ton of copper.The discharge coeffi-cient was 23.16 to 39.99 kg per ton of copper.These coefficients were lower than the recommended number in the national handbook.In the meantime,the coefficients were less than the number of 45kg per ton of copper recom-mended in the eleventh -five year plan.However,the coefficients were similar to the total amount control of the twelfth -five year plan.
