骨盆生物力学研究是诊断和治疗骨盆骨折的基础。骨盆为不规则结构,个体差异大,其复杂的周围组织结构以及损伤机制给诊断和治疗带来了困难。利用人体骨盆做力学实验存在很多困难和问题,有限元分析( finite element analysis,FEA)为之提供了新方向。随着FEA有关软件和仪器的开发,改善了骨盆骨折的诊断和治疗。利用FEA来预测、诊断、治疗、评估骨盆骨折进行科学的有限元分析为各方面研究提供了条件。本文依据骨盆骨折最新研究文献,对FEA在骨盆骨折生物力学方面的研究作一综述。
骨盆生物力學研究是診斷和治療骨盆骨摺的基礎。骨盆為不規則結構,箇體差異大,其複雜的週圍組織結構以及損傷機製給診斷和治療帶來瞭睏難。利用人體骨盆做力學實驗存在很多睏難和問題,有限元分析( finite element analysis,FEA)為之提供瞭新方嚮。隨著FEA有關軟件和儀器的開髮,改善瞭骨盆骨摺的診斷和治療。利用FEA來預測、診斷、治療、評估骨盆骨摺進行科學的有限元分析為各方麵研究提供瞭條件。本文依據骨盆骨摺最新研究文獻,對FEA在骨盆骨摺生物力學方麵的研究作一綜述。

Pelvic biomechanics research is the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic fracture.The pelvis is an irregular structure,which has great individual difference.Its complex surrounding tissue structure and damage mechanism bring difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic fractures.There are a lot of difficulties and problems in the mechanical experiments using the human pelvis.The Finite Element Analysis( FEA) provides a new direction.With the development of FEA software and equipment, the application fo FEA in pelvic fractures was further promoted,making the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic fractures improved.FEA is applied in the pre-diction,diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of pelvic fractures.Scientific finite element analysis provides favorable conditions for the study of various aspects of pelvic fractures.In this paper,the study of FEA in pelvic fractures from the aspect of biomechanics is reviewed at the basis of the latest research literatures.
