目的：探讨穴位按摩对肺癌患者口服阿片类止痛药引发便秘的防治效果。方法便利选取2010年6月至2012年2月东阳市人民医院收治的肺癌疼痛并口服吗啡缓释片控制疼痛的患者88例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各44例。对照组进行常规护理及便秘知识健康教育，治疗组在对照组的基础上实施穴位按摩，比较两组患者的便秘发生率及便秘严重程度。结果治疗组的便秘发生率（63．64％）低于对照组（88．64％），在粪便性状、排便频度、排便困难程度、下坠感、腹胀感等方面的得分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论对口服阿片类止痛药的肺癌患者进行预防性的穴位按摩，可有效降低患者的便秘发生率，缓解便秘症状，提高患者的舒适度。
목적：탐토혈위안마대폐암환자구복아편류지통약인발편비적방치효과。방법편리선취2010년6월지2012년2월동양시인민의원수치적폐암동통병구복마배완석편공제동통적환자88례，채용수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조각44례。대조조진행상규호리급편비지식건강교육，치료조재대조조적기출상실시혈위안마，비교량조환자적편비발생솔급편비엄중정도。결과치료조적편비발생솔（63．64％）저우대조조（88．64％），재분편성상、배편빈도、배편곤난정도、하추감、복창감등방면적득분균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．01）。결론대구복아편류지통약적폐암환자진행예방성적혈위안마，가유효강저환자적편비발생솔，완해편비증상，제고환자적서괄도。
Objective To investigate the the prevention effect of acupuncture point massage on constipation caused by taking opioid drugs in lung cancer patients.Methods By convenience sampling,88 cases of lung cancer patients were selected and equally divided into treatment group and control group.Control group only received routine nursing and constipation knowledge health education,while the treatment group received acupuncture point massage based on routine nursing care.The incidence of constipation and constipa-tion relief were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of constipation in the treatment group was (63.64%)which was lower than which in control group (88.64%).In the stool,defecation frequency,difficulty degree of defecation,straining feeling,abdominal distension sense scores were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture point massage can effectively prevent constipation of lung cancer patients with oral opioids,and also effectively reduce the incidence of constipation,ease the constipation symptoms of patients and improve the comfort level.
