目的：探讨风险管理在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法2013年1－12月，在湖北省武汉市东西湖人民医院呼吸内科实施风险管理，将风险识别、护理风险分析、强化护理风险管理等措施贯穿于护理管理的始终，评价并比较实施风险管理前后的护理质量和护理不良事件的发生率。结果实施风险管理后，呼吸内科的基础护理质量、病房管理及危重患者护理质量评分均高于实施前（均 P ＜0．05），不良事件的发生率均低于实施前（均 P ＜0．05），差异均有统计学意义。结论将风险管理应用于呼吸内科的护理管理中，可提高呼吸内科护理服务质量，降低护理风险。
목적：탐토풍험관리재호흡내과호리관리중적응용효과。방법2013년1－12월，재호북성무한시동서호인민의원호흡내과실시풍험관리，장풍험식별、호리풍험분석、강화호리풍험관리등조시관천우호리관리적시종，평개병비교실시풍험관리전후적호리질량화호리불량사건적발생솔。결과실시풍험관리후，호흡내과적기출호리질량、병방관리급위중환자호리질량평분균고우실시전（균 P ＜0．05），불량사건적발생솔균저우실시전（균 P ＜0．05），차이균유통계학의의。결론장풍험관리응용우호흡내과적호리관리중，가제고호흡내과호리복무질량，강저호리풍험。
Objective To discuss the application effect of nursing risk management in department of respiratory medicine.Methods The risk management were implemented at Dongxihu People’s hospital from January to December 2013.The risk identification,nursing risk analysis,strengthen the nursing risk management were applied through the nursing management.The nursing quality which is the incidence of nursing adverse event before and after the implementation of risk management was compared.Results After the implementation of risk management,the score of basic nursing quality,ward management,criti-cally ill patient care were significantly higher than before (all P <0.05).The incidence of adverse event was also lower than before (all P <0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing management of respiratory medicine can improve nursing service quality and reduce the nursing risk.
